Under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), any online form that collects personal data must present these disclosure items next to the consent checkbox, and consent must be a separate, explicit action (not bundled with other terms).

Purpose of Collection & Use	To respond to the inquiry, provide consultation on services, and follow up on potential project discussions.
Items Collected	Name, Company, Email (the fields submitted through this form).
Retention Period	Retained until the inquiry is resolved, then destroyed within a defined period (e.g., 1 year) unless a contract or applicable law requires longer retention.
Right to Refuse & Consequences	The submitter may decline to consent; however, since Name, Company, and Email are required to process and reply to the inquiry, declining means the inquiry cannot be submitted.
